One Year Many Instances 5 April 2012, flashback! A year earlier a group of civil society members under the leadership of Anna Hazare started an agitation at Jantar Mantar, New Delhi. Theme: Anti-corruption. Social activists Arvind Kejriwal, Kiran Bedi, Swami Agnivesh, Justice Santosh Hegde, Lawyers Prashant & Shanti Bhushan, spiritual guru Shri Shri Ravi Shankar, Yoga guru Baba Ramdev and several other activists attracted their followers to the agitation ground. Conglomeration of these social activists brought sufficient crowd for the rally to receive media coverage. Location was the heart of the capital, easy for media to send their cameras. Patriotic posters, veer gaan, waving tricolors filled the air with a feel of freedom movement. Good photo opportunity provided on-air space. People saw the spectacle on their screens, got fascinated and reached Jantar Mantar in large numbers. More people brought more cameras. More cameras drew national attention. Heal...

Present politicians play politics based on lies, dishonesty, hypocrisy, double speak, defection, personal benefits...I aspire to participate in politics based on honesty, purity, clarity, no hypocrisy, no drama, no diplomacy... with focus on general interest rather than personal interest

IPS officer Narendra Kumar crushed to death by a tractor on 8 March 2012 in Madhya Pradesh’s Morena district. His fault, taking action against illegal mining mafia. His widow wife is expecting a baby. His father says he has no trust on state govt as they are a part of the conspiracy. Where should the family go for justice? Who will punish the culprit? Can we allow these mafia’s to loot our minerals and murder those trying to check it? What are we waiting for? Till when we will submit to state supported crimes. Politicians are using the incident to gain political benefits. Police officers have a share in the game. Judiciary will conduct the probe and the hearing of the case will go on for years. How many more honest officers will be killed for fighting corruption? When will this stop? Strong whistleblower protection law needed, one presented by UPA will shelter corrupt. Govt laws seek to protect the corrupt and victimize the whistleblowers.

Why don't we look at people like people..why do we always interact differently with different people..why do we see relationship, status, position, age, sex, caste, class, religion, region, nation etc before interacting with anyone. Why do we not consider all a part of ourselves when the same God is within all of us..Let us all Preserve Humanity....Follow the religion of Humanity

Citing the present political situation in India….We are nearing to Emergency and this time the Emergency could be worse than 1975. Hope People arise and we don’t have to revisit the dark times. Hope Media acts wisely and responsibly!
